Family Reciple Friday---Peanut Butter Balls

This recipe given to me by Viola Troudt.  It has turned into somewhat of a tradition for the Holinka-Troudt families.

Peanut Butter Balls
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 cups peanut butter
Mix together like pie crust mix.  Chill at least 1 hour.  Make into small balls.

Dip peanut butter balls in melted chocolate (1 lb sweet milk chocolate, 1/3 bar paraffin) in double boiler.  While dipping, keep chocolate on low heat.  Place on wax paper and chill overnight.  Store in air-tight container.
